We participated in the CQ Worldwide WPX Contest, SSB, March 29-31, 2013, 48 hours from 5 PM Friday to 5 PM Sunday

The objective: Contact as many amateurs and prefixes as possible around the world.

A selection of photos from the contest is in the gallery. During the contest we made 507 contacts around the world.

This follows our involvment in the CQ Worldwide DX Contest of October 2012, where the club came 8th in Call Area 6, i.e. California, in the Multi-Operator Single-Transmitter category. Our total score was 437,524 points, which is based on the number of stations worked and the number of call sign prefixes contacted. For some photos of that contest, see the gallery page.
